Glenn Logan

Co-Founder/ CEO of I-40 GROUP SRL.

Mr. Logan has over 40 years of experience in diverse fields of the travel industry. During his career, he has held progressive management positions in marketing, sales, training and development, public relations, airline operations, and aircraft leasing. After successful training, tenure with Air Florida as a first offer on the B737-200, Mr. Logan moved on to Canada’s first commuter airline, City Express, setting up their sales and interline departments and City Express Holiday, specializing in junkets to Atlantic City. 

Mr. Logan was then solicited to move to Dollarstretcher Tour Division of British Airways Holidays to implement an ITC (package holidays) program to Mexico, Florida, and the Caribbean.  Upon the sale of Dollarstretcher to Air Transat Holidays, Mr. Logan chose to enter the employ of Canada 3000 Airlines, one of Canada’s most successful charter operating airlines. Mr. Logan worked in airport operations and customer service for five years. 

In 1995 he was selected and provided with a mandate by the Caribbean Cultural Committee/Caribana (CCC) and the Ministry of Tourism & Culture Canada to establish Caravac Vacations, an inbound tour operating company promoting, marketing, and transporting tourists from the United States to the very successful Caribbean festival in Toronto. Caribana is the largest Caribbean festival in North America, attracting over 1.5 million to Toronto and generating over 200 million Dollars to the metropolis. 

Mr. Logan was also a member of the Task Force on Tourism in Toronto in 1995/96. 

In 1996, Mr. Logan, in a partnership, established Festival Vacations which took over the operation of Caravac Vacations promoting and selling holiday packages to Toronto. In addition, the operation included a tour company in Toronto and a travel agency in Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami. In 1998 he founded his own aviation consulting company. 

In 2002 he re-joined Air Jamaica in Kingston and was later transferred to Toronto to help re-establish the route to Toronto and set up the station. In early 2006 he was offered a position as senior sales manager and later sales Director with Royal Host, the owner’ of Travelodge Canada. 

In 2017-19 Mr. Logan was involved as a technical consultant with Sky High’s aviation following airlines in the Dominican Republic. 

Mr. Logan has done notable work for the following airlines.

  • Air Canada Vacations, Toronto 1986 
  • NationAir, Toronto, Montreal   1988 
  • Panagra (Miami)                         1998
